Compass students can pick up their computers, pay for device insurance, get a parking pass or bid on a senior parking spot from noon-6 pm on August 16 or 7 am-1 pm August 17.

If your 8th grader is thinking about attending Compass Academy, you can still apply here. Compass Academy is D91's magnet high school, which offers a unique experience for students who are interested in tackling challenging problems and completing projects that answer intriguing questions. There are 150 slots for incoming freshmen. If we receive more applications than slots, the spaces will be filled by lottery. Overview of Application Process

The Idaho Falls Board of Trustees has finalized the school calendar with Late Start Fridays for the 2021-22 school year. Late Start is part of D91’s efforts to increase student achievement. Late Start gives our teachers valuable time to collaborate and focus on ways to address individual students’ learning needs. While Late Start has historically been on Mondays, Late Start Fridays is working more effectively in most buildings based on feedback from principals and staff. See Final 2021-22 School Calendar.
